We disclose personal information to the vendors below ("sub-processors") who process it only on our instructions to provide the Service, under written contracts that restrict any other use. The Service operates from the United States; production data is stored and processed on U.S. infrastructure.

We require each sub-processor to maintain safeguards appropriate to the data and, where applicable, to not use the data to train their own general-purpose models.
Planned sub-processors. Payments are not currently enabled on the Service. If and when we introduce paid plans or tutor payouts, we intend to use Stripe, Inc. (United States) to process payments and to store the associated billing identifiers, and we will update this list before any personal information is shared with it.
Changes. We may update this list as our service evolves. To be notified of additions before they take effect, contact privacy@transparenced.com.
Not included. We do not disclose personal information to advertising networks or data brokers, and we do not sell personal information. We do not include student personal information in any cross-organization analytics pool; that capability is not enabled. Our Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
